Planten die nét even anders zijn dan anders. Bijzonder om hun unieke eigenschappen, zoals kleur, geur of bloeiwijze. Bij HD Plants kweken we speciale seizoensbloeiers, voor iedereen.

De natuur geeft ons prachtige seizoenen, met elk hun eigen charmes. Met het kweken van onze producten maken we hier optimaal gebruik van.
OUR GREEN ROOTS
Growing plants is in our blood. Growing up in a real nursery family, we were immersed in growing vegetables, flowers and plants from a young age. We opened our own nursery in Waddinxveen in 2007 and started growing Bougainvillea. Hebe and Jasminum soon followed in the subsequent years. Together with the family (Hoogendoorn Brothers), we set up the company AltaNova-Sales in 2017. Since then our products have been sold under the AltaNova label. In the years that followed we added Thunbergia Alata and Battiscombei, and Helleborus and Eucalyptus also joined our range. Now, in 2024, it is time to launch our own label. Meet HD Plants!
OUR NURSERY
Although our roots are in Moerkapelle, Zuid-Holland, we – Geert-Jan and Anton Hoogendoorn – decided to move to Flevoland in 2008. We took over an existing nursery in Luttelgeest in 2018. We have completely transformed this site to the highest standards for the sustainable cultivation of indoor and patio plants. Our nursery is the crucial foundation for us to grow the finest products.
