Are you a team player who can handle stress and wants to maintain an overview and supervise and coordinate our team in the daily activities at the nursery? Then we are looking for you, for the role of working supervisor at our nursery in Luttelgeest.

 

JOB CONTENT

Your main task is to supervise 8 to 10 permanent employees at our nursery in Luttelgeest. Every day we work together to grow, harvest and process our garden and houseplants.

 

PROFILE

• You work and think to at least MBO (intermediate vocational education) level,
• You are a team player who is also excellent at working independently,
• You are the collaboration lynchpin within the teams,
• You have good communication skills,
• You can work and make decisions independently.
